Ons verhaal
Veteris is een team van hooggekwalificeerde diervriendelijke dierenartsen en verpleegkundigen die 24-7 volledige nooddekking bieden door middel van efficiënte telefonische triage en technische spoedeisende zorg in het comfort van uw huis.
Hoe het begon
Veteris is ontstaan uit de wens om naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk te brengen wat het miste: een spoedeisende hulp buiten kantooruren.
Clara en Louis ontmoetten elkaar tijdens het oefenen van spoedoverleg thuis in Frankrijk. Omdat ze dol waren op deze specifieke benadering van diergeneeskunde en alle voordelen ervan zagen, realiseerden ze zich dat een stad als Londen enorm zou profiteren van een dergelijke service en besloten ze de situatie te verhelpen.
Veteris begon klein in november 2020. Drie dierenartsen om het allemaal te doen: triage, spoedconsult, en tegelijkertijd het start-up avontuur ontdekken.
Maar Veteris groeide snel, sterk gemaakt door de vele eigenaren die blij waren om ons hun huisdieren te zien helpen en de praktijk die klaar stond om ons een kans te geven door ons te vertrouwen als hun service buiten kantooruren.
In een oogwenk was het eerste jaar voorbij en kon Veteris met plezier terugkijken op meer dan dertigduizend telefoontjes, tweeduizend consultaties, groot team van twintig.

Veteris Ambitie
Veteris bestaat een jaar en ons conceptuele idee is nu werkelijkheid geworden. Dankzij de zinvolle feedback die we hebben verzameld van ouders van huisdieren en dierenartspraktijken in heel Londen, gaan we nu een tweede ontwikkelingsfase in om de referentie voor spoedeisende hulp voor huisdieren voor Londenaren te worden.
